VENICA & VENICA
Friuliano Cime 2015

A gorgeous expression of Friulano blended from four vineyard locations in Dolegna del Collio - Ronco delle Cime, Ronco del Cero, Sant'Elena and Bernizza.  It has a beautiful texture that is weighty on the palate and fresh on the finish. Classic almond like notes follow honeyed fruits and a spice character. This is the wine to drink with Prosciutto San Daniele. Produced entirely in stainless steel and aged sur lie in stainless steel with weekly batonage for two months.

Friulano Bianco is the variety consumed daily by the locals of Friuli and is a staple to their cuisine and food pairings. Friulano pairs well with mushroom risotto, Frico Caldo, prosciutto crudo, and asparagus.
