LUIGI BAUDANA
Barolo Serralunga 2011

A selection of the holdings in Cerretta and Baudana vineyard, planted in 1970, Serralunga d’Alba commune. A very strict selection in the vineyard followed by another selection in the winery separate the grapes that go into the single vineyard Barolos and this Serralunga village Barolo. A true Serralunga village Barolo blended from the famed and powerful Cerretta cru and the more revered Baudana cru. Fermented in stainless steel and aged in Slavonian oak cask and French barrique for 36 months. Production: 1,600 bottles.
