Azelia Dolcetto is from vineyards in the eastern side of Barolo in the commune of Montelupo Albese.  This is a vibrant and cherry fruit filled Dolcetto with wonderful structure and loaded with delicious qualitites.  Vineyards are 33 years, are planted in soils of Calcarous clay and sand and face due south.  Aged only in stainless steel this wine is loaded with fresh aromas of red flowers, spice and cherry fruit.  Technically a single vineyard Dolcetto - Bricco dell'Oriolo.  It is famous for it's lushly fruited Dolcetto.  ENJOY!
