Cavallotto Langhe Freisa

Sourced from a Freisa parcel inside the cru Bricco Boschis (100% Freisa). The wine is macerated with a submerged cap for 3-5 days. Fermentation takes place with with indigenous yeasts.  Traditional aging in Slavonian Oak Casks for 12-15 months, followed by a further 6 months of aging in bottle prior to release
