Contratto For England

• Denomination: Alta Langa D.O.C.G.

• Grape Varieties: 100% Pinot Noir.

• Vineyards: Loazzolo, 600m above sea level

• Harvest Time: Last week of August. All grapes are harvested by hand.

• Vinification: Grapes are cooled down prior to crushing, only free run juice is used. Primary and Secondary fermentation uses only native yeasts. After primary fermentation, the wine matures for 10 months before bottling and secondary fermentation.

• Tirage: July

• Aging: A minimum of 42 months on lees in bottle.

• Riddling: By hand over 4 weeks

• No Dosage
