  • Vineyards: 6 hectares planted to a density of 4500 vines per hectare. Exposure is to the southeast at an altitude of 140 meters a.s.l.

  • Soils: Clay

  • Winemaking: Maceration lasts for a maximum of ten days in steel fermenting vats, followed first by alcoholic and then malolactic fermentations. The wine ages in steel for about 12 months and then in oak barrels for another period of about 12 months. Before release, the wine rests in bottle for a further 2-3 months.
