  • VINIFICATION: The Barbera d’Alba Pisitn grapes are selected from three vineyards located in Monforte d’Alba, Barolo and Novello. The vinification is in stainless steel fermentation tank with an internal rotary system and temperature controlled. Maceration normally lasts for 5-6 days. Malolactic fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks, where the Barbera is aged for 9 months before bottling.
