  • VINIFICATION: The Dolcetto is vinified in stainless steel tanks with an internal rotary system and temperature controlled. The maceration normally lasts for 3 days. Malolactic fermentation occurs in stainless steel where the Dolcetto is aged for a further 9 months before bottling.
