  • VINIFICATION: The Nebbiolo Valmaggiore is vinified in stainless steel fermentation tanks with an internal rotary system and temperature control. Maceration normally lasts for 4-5 days. Malolactic fermentation occurs in barriques (50% new oak) where the Valmaggiore is aged for a total of 18 months. The wine is then blended and rests for 2 months of stainless steel aging before bottling
