  • Varietals: Sangiovese 95% and Canaiolo Colorino 5%

  • Vineyards: 10 hectares, with south / south-east exposure

  •  Soils: Sandy clays, medium-calcareous sub-alkaline.

  • Winemaking: Stainless steel tanks 40/60 hl. with controlled temperature. 10/12 months in oak barrels of Slavonia and Allier of 20 hl, tonneaux of 5 hl, barriques at the 3rd passage. Aging in bottle 3/6 months.
