  • Varietals: 42% Cabernet Franc, 40% Merlot, 14% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Petit Verdot

  • Vineyards: 23-25 years old vines covering 22 hectares with a density of 10,000 vines per hectare. Altitudes range from 450-600 meters a.s.l. Vineyards are fertilized with sheep manure.

  • Soils:

  • Winemaking: Fermentation occurs in stainless steel vats for 12 days. The wine is aged for 8 months in French oak barrels that are 1-3 years old; 11 months in cement tanks. Bottled under the waning moon the second April after harvest.
