Prà Soave 'Otto'

  • Varietals: Garganega 100%

  • Vineyards: Located in Monteforte d’Alpone. 30-60 year old vines featuring southeast exposure at 150-250 meters above sea level. Vines are trained using the Pergola Veronese method.

  • Soils: Volcanic

  • Winemaking: Grapes are harvested between 15th September and 15th October. The grapes are pressed softly before undergoing fermentation at 16°C – 18°C. The wine is fermented and matured in stainless steel vats.
