Sottimano Brachetto Maté

  • Vineyard: The Maté is a small vineyard of Brachetto in the Commune of Neive. It is 1 hectare of 30 year-old vines

  • Winemaking: Fermentation and Maceration on the skins normally takes about 7-8 days. Only native yeasts are used. Malolactic fermentation is completed in stainless steel, where the wine remains for approximately 8 months. There is no filtering and no fining prior to bottling.
