• Vineyards: A 0.8-hectare vineyard. The vines grow facing the sunset at 550 meters (1,700 feet) of altitude.

• Soils: 8 feet of crumbled limestone

• Winemaking: Fermentation in steel vats for 12 days. Aged for 8 months in new French oak barrels; 11 months in cement tanks.
